Resort Comps

The group leader will be reimbursed the dollar value of every “Xth” room in their group. The degree and maximum of complimentary rooms is based on the hotel and / or seasonality.
The resort will comp the lowest value rooms in the room block. For example if you are receiving every 6th room free, when booking five double rooms and one single room in the same category, then the lowest total value room would be the single room and would be the complimentary room.
The total Net value of complimentary rooms is awarded to the group leader’s credit card approximately two to four weeks before travel if the minimum nights requirement is met. The timing of the reimbursement is based on the discretion of the resort and tour operator when they finalize the group.
The reimbursement will present itself on the credit card that the group leader used to purchase their room with. Alternatively if the comp amount exceeds the cost of the wedding couple’s room then they can opt to be paid via check.
Please note that during Covid-19 the resorts are not refunding comps until travel takes place as there is a higher probability of cancellations during the final weeks pre-travel which would affect your room nights/comp amount. This could change based on the course of Covid-19 by the time you travel.

A complimentary upgrade will be provided to the lowest room category booked into the next category up for every block of “X” rooms per night paid.
Upgrades are typically only awarded on days where everyone in the group is at the resort. For example if 9 rooms are staying 5 nights, but one room is only staying 3 nights, then the room upgrade will only apply for 3 nights.
Complimentary upgrades are subject to hotel availability. Unfortunately, there will be periods when due to high occupancy, upgrades will be limited. Upgrades may also be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types.
We highly recommend that wedding couples book the room category that they would be happy with. Then if the resort has availability for an upgrade it will be an additional bonus, but not something that the wedding couple is relying on.

Any rooms booked outside of the room block by guests will not qualify towards the total room count towards the promotion.
The group must be fully closed off in order to request comps from the resort. This means, no changes to any rooms in the group once comps are requested.
Do not rely on comps to pay for vendors and wedding day details as the timing of payout is based on the resort and is not guaranteed.
Comps are amazing, but please manage your expectations as it’s impossible to predict how many rooms / which categories will be comped.
The travel agent doesn’t know at any point in time how much your comps will be. They will find out at the same time as you :)

Wedding Couple Fly Free Promotion

The wedding couple will be reimbursed the dollar value of two complimentary coach airline tickets to their wedding destination (max $1,000) when their group books fifteen rooms or more for five nights or more, or a total of seventy five room nights or more.
Complimentary nights earned through group concessions (ie. room comps) will not count towards room count minimums.

Flights must be booked through the tour operator Classic Vacations and your Coral Tide Travel agent can coordinate this.
Certain airlines are except from the promotion including but not limited to Southwest, Frontier & Spirit.
American, Delta, United and Jet Blue are examples of airlines that will qualify for the promotion.
Selected tickets must accept seat selection, so certain seating types including but not limited to Basic Economy cannot be booked by the tour operator.
First class and business class tickets may be purchased; however, the maximum amount that will be reimbursed to the wedding couple will be the value of the tickets at coach level or the maximum one thousand dollars, whichever is less.

The value of the wedding couple’s airline tickets up to one thousand dollars will be reimbursed to the wedding couple’s credit card approximately two to four weeks before travel if the minimum nights requirement is met. The timing of the reimbursement is based on the discretion of the resort and tour operator based on when they finalize the group.
The reimbursement will present itself on the credit card that the wedding couple used to purchase their travel with.

The wedding couple is responsible for all change and cancellation fees once the airline tickets have been issued.
If the wedding couple decides to upgrade their seats after the tickets have been issued, they must do so directly with the airline. Fees may apply.
All airline ticket purchases are non-refundable.
The wedding couple’s hotel room needs to be confirmed before airline tickets can be purchased.
The promotion covers the value of coach tickets to the wedding destination.
Please ensure you have passports valid for 6 months post travel prior to requesting your flight booking from your travel agent.
