Group travel planning. Your personal group travel reservation specialist has extensive experience with coordinating both large and small travel groups. Your travel specialist has access to group rates which includes group volume discounts, room upgrades and more.

Wedding webpage. Each wedding couple will receive a personalized wedding webpage outlining all the details of the resort, travel and wedding plans. The site allows your guests to be fully informed and there's even online payment options through your site for your guest's convenience. 

Save the date. Each wedding couple will receive a personalized electronic “save the date” invitation for their guests in order to gather RSVPs.

Resort Coordinator introduction. Once you have selected your dream wedding venue, your Coral Tide Destination Wedding Specialist will set up your personal introduction to the resort wedding coordinator. They will look after all your wedding details for the “day of” including decor, food and beverage packages and extras.
